Mission:

We are expanding our team and seeking a Senior Software Developer to focus primarily on resolving client-escalated issues. Your mission will be to deliver robust code utilizing agile methodologies. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications and APIs, ensuring exceptional user experiences. Our software platform supports theme parks, water parks, zoos, and attractions worldwide. Join our team and contribute to continuously pushing the limits of what is possible to achieve outstanding user satisfaction.

What you will do as a Senior Software Developer:

  • Develop and maintain web applications and APIs using PHP (Laravel).
  • Write unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase.
  • Implement security measures to protect web applications and data.
  • Investigate and resolve software defects reported by clients and internal teams.
  • Communicate progress and any issues or blockers to the team regularly.
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent issues and ensure system availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience using PHP (Laravel)
  • Experience or knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, Vue.js, and Golang is a plus.
  • A professional who can juggle tasks and priorities in a growing team.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Thinks outside of the box to solve problems proactively.
  • Autonomous, reliable, and able to lead initiatives on their own.
  • Experience working on enterprise software with technologies such as PHP (Laravel framework), MySQL, Redis, and Typescript.
  • Experience in API definition and microservices architecture is a plus.
  • Mastery of software engineering and design patterns.
  • Experience with unit testing.
  • Shows great ownership and commitment to delivering.
